Shadow is a very frisky cat who loves to run out of the house every single chance he gets! He will wait by the door and hide awaiting his opportunity to flee and cause mischief. He is pure black which often works in his favor (his name says it all!) When he does manage to make it out he leaves everyone scrambling to get him back into the house.

Shadow lives in a heavily wooded area where there are many wild animals. Shadows family (owners of DogWatch of Central & Coastal Maine) set up an area for him. Shadow is now safely enjoying the outdoors, lying in the sun, chasing squirrels & not being shooed by the family everytime a door opens! His quality of life has greatly improved and his family is at peace knowing he is safe!
